Ever wonder how we dry the barley? Wonder no more! Peek behind the curtain for the barley grass drying process and this is what you will find. Below are pictures of the actual product laid out to dry. As you can see, we don’t use heat or cold processes to dry our barley. Just a couple of fans and the power of the sun. It could take a week to several weeks all depending on the Pennsylvania weather. We keep it stirred throughout the process to help it dry evenly.
