Our air-dried barley grass is a great source of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.  Studies have shown that freeze or heat dried barley grass does not product the same results as freshly dried.  We do the whole process from planting in Western Pennsylvania fields, to harvesting, air drying, and grinding.  We naturally grow our product for over 30 years.
